N.C. to A.Z. (Day 2)

Mother duck I was tired when I woke up this morning. I needed a few more hours of sleep, but Scuba Steve insisted that we get up so we could get on the road. After a nice long shower (I prefer a bath) Charles and I were ready to go, kinda. We went down stairs to grab a nice delicious continental breakfast. All we got was a glass of orange juice because there was no milk for the cereal, the muffins didn't look fit to eat, and we didn't want to wait for a waffle. So we packed the van up and hit McDonalds. After dealing with the people there it makes me happy I studied in school. While traveling through Oklahoma I finally got to see these windmill things people are always talking about instead of minding their own business. They were pretty impressive I have to say.

Got a nice long nap in this afternoon. We stopped off for gas and fortunately this place had both kinds.

Fortunately for me someone had left me a snack next to the pump. Which is great because Olive Garden wouldn't serve my kind there. Racist jerks. That's right, Olive Garden is racist.

The highlight of my day was when we got to the hotel. There was some snow on the ground. Being from Miami I have never seen snow. I rolled around in it for a bit. It's pretty damn cold. I froze a few feathers off. Well, I am off to bed. I will check in with you all tomorrow.
